Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2025. By creating an account or making a booking on Elarion Airline, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Bookings
A booking is created when you complete traveler details and submit your order. Your seats, places or rooms are then held for 15 minutes while payment is made. If no valid payment is received before expiry, the hold releases and the booking is cancelled automatically.
2. Crypto payments
- Prices are shown in fiat. At checkout the fiat total is converted to your chosen cryptocurrency at the displayed rate, which is frozen for your order and never recalculated.
- Each invoice carries a unique exact amount. You must send precisely that amount to the displayed address on the displayed network. Payments sent to the wrong network or address may be unrecoverable.
- After sending funds, submit your transaction hash and, where required, a wallet receipt. Your booking is confirmed once the payment is verified against public blockchain data or approved by our team.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Underpayments outside our published tolerance must be topped up; overpayments are credited as store credit unless you request a manual refund of the difference.
3. Traveler responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of passenger names, travel document details, passport validity, visas, vaccinations and arrival requirements. Names on tickets must match government ID exactly; correction fees charged by operators may be passed on to you.
4. Changes and cancellations
Cancellation terms, refund tiers and deadlines are shown before you confirm any cancellation, per our Cancellation Policy page. Approved refunds are fulfilled manually in cryptocurrency to an address you provide; timelines depend on network conditions and finance review queues.
5. Operator changes
Flight times, aircraft, tour itineraries and room assignments may change for operational reasons. Where a change is material, we will offer rebooking or a refund under the applicable policy tier.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, submit fraudulent payment evidence, attempt to enumerate other customers invoices, or interfere with availability systems. We may block accounts engaged in abuse, and blocked bookings are cancelled under the standard policy.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elarion Airline is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control including network congestion, blockchain reorganizations, natural disasters and operator insolvency. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
